Welcome to LionTools! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LionTools Chrome Extension ("the Extension"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LionTools, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Extension after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the LionTools Extension for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Extension, except as generally permitted by the Chrome Web Store.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of LionTools, you agree to:

•Use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

•Not use the Extension for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

•Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Extension or the data contained therein.

•Be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any API keys or credentials you provide to the Extension (e.g., Gemini API Key) and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Third-Party Services (Gemini AI)

The AI Chat feature within LionTools allows you to interact with the Google Gemini API. Your use of the Gemini API is subject to Google's own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content generated by the Gemini AI or for any issues arising from your use of the Gemini API. You acknowledge and agree that any information or content you submit to the Gemini AI via the Extension is at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE LIONTOOLS EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE EXTENSION; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE EXTENSION; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE EXTENSION; AND (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LionTools and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms.
