This status permits the firm to carry out identity verification on behalf of company directors, people with significant control (PSCs), and other individuals required to verify their identity under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023.

As an ACSP, our firm can now act as an authorised agent to:

• Verify the identity of directors, company secretaries, PSCs, and individuals forming or filing on behalf of companies and LLPs.
