Anthony Kolasny is an IT Architect with Johns Hopkins University in the Center for Imaging Science supporting medical imaging research. As a Campus Champion for the NSF supported Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (www.xsede.org) project, he is the liaison between the university and national supercomputer centers. This provides advocacy and instructional support for local researchers accessing utilizing resources. He has volunteered as a Coursera Mentor for the Data Science track and mentors High School students interested in the medical and computer science professions.
