Project Goal
Project Goal
The project aims to advance the economic inclusion of deaf individuals by expanding equitable access to skills development, entrepreneurship, and employment opportunities, while promoting inclusive practices among businesses and institutions. It seeks to help shift policy and practice toward a future where inclusive training and hiring are the norm rather than the exception, and where the capabilities of deaf individuals are recognized and valued. By addressing structural barriers and engaging employers and institutions, the project works to create sustainable pathways for deaf youth and under-skilled adults to participate meaningfully in the workforce. Ultimately, the project aspires to contribute to a more inclusive society where deaf individuals can pursue livelihoods with dignity, independence, and equal opportunity.
