Abstract: This document is a reflection on the CUHK Summer School of Asia in the Global Economy 2025, themed “Trade and Environment.” It also serves as a personal notebook to preserve ideas, references, and materials that may be useful for others who are interested in the intersection of trade and environmental economics. Rather than presenting a fully structured narrative, I’ve chosen to list key lessons and moments that stood out
to me—both intellectually and personally.
