Freaky Friday 2 is in talks to be called "Aftershock"

There's a surge of news surrounding the long-awaited sequel, and we're all ears. This time, word has it that the much-anticipated film Freaky Friday 2, in its sequel, the name will be changed or its going to be added "Aftershock".

This fresh name could allude to a couple of things. Firstly, it suggests that the body-swapping might be triggered by an earthquake as the first movie, given that an aftershock refers to a smaller tremor following a major quake. Secondly, it might nod to Anna Coleman's (portrayed by Lindsay Lohan) grandfather in the original film, who had a memorable reaction to the word "earthquake."
