Business Problem: Productivity was down. Teams struggled to meet deadlines, often missing them altogether, resulting in lower company profits and lower employee motivation.

Process: This virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) session was designed and developed using PowerPoint following a structured, learner‑centered approach. The process began with a needs analysis to define learning objectives, learner needs, and organizational goals. Content was then organized with instructional strategies selected to support engagement and retention. Visually engaging slides were developed with concise content, meaningful graphics, and interactive elements such as discussion prompts, polls, and activities. A facilitator guide and supplemental resources were created to support delivery, and the training was reviewed and refined through feedback to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
