Articulate Storyline Sample
Audience: This training was developed for both newly-hired and existing Property Managers (PMs) of a residential rental community.
Business Problem: The rental property was experiencing revenue loss due to high resident turnover rates.
Learning Solution: This asynchronous course delivers content in a scenario-based and interactive format that addresses several learning objectives. Knowledge checks are intentionally structured throughout the modules to help learners retain the content, with specific, custom feedback. The course concludes with a graded assessment, which requires a passing score of at least 80%.

Process: I conducted a needs analysis to identify performance gaps, define goals, and determine the scope of the training. In partnership with SMEs, I established learning objectives to support the desired behavior change within the business. To reinforce the learning, I incorporated a scenario‑based interaction demonstrating how Property Managers communicate the Resident Benefits Package to current and prospective residents. The evaluation uses Kirkpatrick's Level 2. A downloadable job aid was also created to provide on‑the‑job support and ensure consistent adherence to established protocols during resident inquiries.

Audience: This training was developed for newly-hired real estate stagers of a professional staging company.
Business Problem: The company was experiencing inefficiency and profit loss due to new employees being unfamiliar with how to use the company's Inventory Management Tools (IMTs) and how to follow the company Processes.
Learning Solution: Proficiently utilize the company’s Inventory Management Tools (IMTs) and Inventory Pull Process (IPP), resulting in the stagers’ ability to efficiently locate all needed staging items and submit only necessary product orders.

Process: In collaboration with subject‑matter experts, I conducted a needs analysis to identify performance gaps, clarify business goals, and establish learning objectives designed to drive the desired behavior change. Throughout development, I incorporated a variety of interaction types and applied iterative feedback to ensure learner engagement and alignment with the module scope. The final course features multiple modes of interactivity that present knowledge and skills in meaningful, application‑focused ways. Knowledge checks are intentionally embedded throughout the modules, providing feedback and reinforcing the content and supporting retention.
