2.1 File Ingestion & Processing

Files uploaded via Jotform or web forms, transferred via cloud links – including Google Drive, WeTransfer, or Dropbox), sent via email or WhatsApp, or delivered in person via physical media – USB drives, memory cards, or walk-in submissions at our LindenPrint retail premises – are processed securely through our internal group infrastructure solely for quotation, pre-press analysis, printing, and record-keeping. Files are scanned using our proprietary INKSCAN-AI (TM) software to calculate exact page counts, colour ratios, and ink coverage enabling accurate, reality-based costing.

2.2 User Copyright & Ownership Warranty

By uploading any file, document, or artwork, you explicitly warrant that you are the lawful owner, copyright holder, or duly authorised licensee of the content, or that the file is in the public domain or made available under a permissive license – e.g. Creative Commons. You grant ECOBUSINESS a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, copy, and print the uploaded file strictly for fulfilling your quote or order. You warrant that uploaded materials do not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content, and agree to indemnify ECOBUSINESS against any third-party copyright or IP claims.

All document upload forms, Jotforms, web forms, manual quote request channels (including direct email queries, WhatsApp messages, and third-party file transfers), and over-the-counter walk-in orders at any ECOBUSINESS premises are bound by these Terms. By ticking the mandatory checkbox on any digital form, or by submitting documents, queries, or files for quotation via email, WhatsApp, cloud link, or in-person counter submission, you explicitly confirm and agree: "I warrant that I have the lawful right, copyright, or authorisation to upload, transfer, and print these files; consent to the processing of my personal data under POPIA; and agree to the ECOBUSINESS Master Terms and Conditions as published at https://www.lindenprint.co.za/tcs and updated from time to time."

2.4 Specialised Sub-Contracting & Operational Partners

All such operational partners operate under strict reciprocal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and are contractually bound to comply with our rigorous POPIA privacy frameworks, client confidentiality standards, and document security protocols. Your documents are processed strictly to fulfill your order and are never sold, retained, or repurposed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, AUTHOR RIGHTS & MINOR/CHILD CONSENT

3.1 Author Rights & POD Educational Publishing

Educational PDF documents, textbooks, and learning guides hosted, sold, or distributed by ECOBUSINESS remain the intellectual property of their respective authors, creators, or copyright owners. Where documents are offered for free download or commercial sale, ECOBUSINESS acts as an authorised distributor or POD platform under express permission or copyright-free frameworks. Our proprietary pre-press technologies, intake workflows, scoring algorithms, and INKSCAN-AI (TM) software remain the exclusive intellectual property of ECOBUSINESS GROUP (Pty) Ltd.

3.2 Mandatory Consent for Custom Goods Featuring Children/Minors

ECOBUSINESS produces personalised materials – including personalized tear-off desk pads, name-tracing practice sheets, custom workbooks, and photo-based school projects – that may contain the names, photographs, or artwork of children and minors. Statutory Warranty: The party submitting an order containing a child’s name, image, or personal details explicitly warrants that they are the legal parent, lawful legal guardian, or duly authorised representative of the minor. Express Permission: By placing an order for personalised goods featuring a minor, you grant ECOBUSINESS express permission to process, print, and store those identifiers solely to fulfill and manufacture the requested product.

PRICING, QUOTATIONS & PAYMENT PROCESSING

4.1 Quotation Validity

Quotes generated automatically or issued manually by an ECOBUSINESS representative are based on file metrics, page counts, paper stock, binding styles, and courier destinations. Quotations remain valid for 14 calendar days from date of issuance unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Payment Gateways, BNPL & Currency Processing

All online transactions are processed securely via our primary gateways, including PayFast, PayPal, Peach Payments, and integrated Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) / instalment solution providers – which may include Float, PayFlex, and PayJustNow and others – or via direct EFT settlement. South African transactions (ZAR) process through local payment rails, PayFast, or Peach Payments. International transactions (USD, GBP, EUR) may route securely via SA payment gateways, PayPal or via direct fund transfers. Where a Client selects a BNPL or instalment payment facility (such as Float, PayFlex, or PayJustNow), the Client agrees to be bound by the specific credit and instalment terms of that third-party provider. ECOBUSINESS initiates print production, custom manufacturing, or digital delivery immediately upon receiving transaction approval from the gateway. Full payment or gateway authorisation is required upfront prior to launching physical printing or digital asset delivery, unless other payment terms are specifically agreed in writing by ECOBUSINESS management.

4.3 Delivery, Courier Services & Agency Framework

Delivery Options: Physical goods may be collected directly by the Client – or via the Client's own appointed courier/representative – or dispatched via courier services arranged by ECOBUSINESS. Third-Party Contractors: Where delivery is arranged by ECOBUSINESS, we utilize third-party logistics and courier service providers – including but not limited to Pargo, Pudo, The Courier Guy, and other freight/delivery contractors – selected to ensure the most economical, efficient, or suitable delivery option based on the Client's preferences and location. ECOBUSINESS as Agent: Where delivery services are arranged by ECOBUSINESS on behalf of the Client, ECOBUSINESS acts strictly as an agent for the Client in securing such transport services. Prepayment of Delivery Fees: All courier, shipping, and delivery charges arranged by ECOBUSINESS are prepaid by the Client prior to dispatch. Risk in Transit & Client Collection: Risk in the goods passes to the Client upon handover to the courier – whether arranged by ECOBUSINESS or the Client – or upon physical collection by the Client at our premises.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Because ECOBUSINESS GROUP (Pty) Ltd and its trading divisions – including LINDEN PRINT, EDUPRESS, ECOPRINT, and NIGHTVIZ – manufacture custom-printed physical goods, bespoke stationery, and specialized products to client specifications, and provide immediate digital asset access, our cancellation and refund policies adhere strictly to Section 42 of the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA):

5.1 Custom Physical Print Goods & Personalised Items

Once a custom print order, personalised stationery item, walk-in copy job, tear-off desk pad, commercial marketing run, or specialised Nightviz visual product has entered the production queue, it cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued. Physical goods inspected and collected in person at our retail counters – such as LindenPrint – must be verified at the time of collection.

5.2 Pre-Production Cancellations ("Change of Mind")

If a Client requests a cancellation in writing before pre-press preparation, plate-making, artwork processing, or printing has commenced across any division, a refund will be issued minus a flat 20% administrative, banking friction, and payment gateway processing fee.

5.3 Defective Goods & Reprint Policy

If physical goods arrive damaged in transit or suffer from material manufacturing defects – such as incorrect binding, missing pages caused by print errors, incorrect finishing, or courier damage – the Client must notify ECOBUSINESS in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt at ceo@edubusiness.co.za with accompanying photographs. ECOBUSINESS will, upon verifying the defect or transit damage, reprint and reship the affected items at no extra cost. Defective items or transit damage do not qualify for cash refunds.

5.4 Digital Downloads

Sales of downloadable digital PDF files, ebooks, educational modules, or author materials hosted across any ECOBUSINESS platform are final and non-refundable once the download link has been generated or accessed.
