Choir Chaperones meet with Ms. Short at 6:30
for Trip Assignments

When a family logs in to the ASB online payments (with their Skyward logon, not as a guest), they will choose the child the payment goes to, click on Bellingham High, click Music Disneyland Tour, click on which program they are in (Band, Choir or Orchestra), then enter the amount they are paying.
Tentative Schedule:
Sunday 4/5 – The Choir will leave Bellingham at approximately 5:30 a.m. from BHS. (Most of band leaves at approximately 3:30 a.m. so we are lucky) We arrive, go to clinic with University Choral Professor, check into the hotel. Wear red shirts.
Monday 4/6 – Choir performance in Disneyland or California Adventure. Wear Robes, etc. The orchestra also performs that day, not sure about band yet.
Tuesday 4/7 – Choir has clinic at Disneyland. Wear Red Shirts. Orchestra has clinic as well, not sure about band yet.
Wednesday 4/8 – Leave Disneyland at approximately 12:30pm. Check out of hotel in the morning, have red shirts available to wear in airport. Arrive in Bellingham at approximately 11:30 p.m.

NOTE (Sept. 2019): The Music Department is still comparing companies for the best rate. I just like to get things to you as soon as possible so you can plan. We would like everyone to be able to go. If the trip amount is not possible for you, please contact me. The Choir will have some money to help.

Aug./Sept. Sell Car Wash Tickets. Tickets will be provided for the last car washes and at school for students to sell. ??
*Sept. 9th & 10th (Mon. & Tues.) - Ready-Set-Fund. 45 min. Power Call System for magazines.
*Sept. 22 (Sun.) – Mattress Sale
*Fri., Oct. 25th - Creepy Cabaret
Oct./Nov. - Bellingham Toppers Concert – Combined Concert where we get almost all the money.
*Sat., Dec. 7th - Coats Concert
Dec. - Sing in Fairhaven on December weekends for money donations (Busking)
January - (maybe) Baker’s Breakfast Cookies
*January (maybe) Applebee’s Breakfast
Feb. 12 &13th - Val-o-grams
Fundraised money can NOT be refunded, BUT if you pay cash towards the trip AND then fundraise money after the entire trip money is paid, you can get that fundraised amount of cash you paid refunded to you. Students will have their own “accounts” with the money they have raised listed.
Money that is raised equally by the entire group will be divided among students and chaperones equally. Chaperones are requested to pay $600.00 (1/2) for their trip. A sibling will also pay $600.00. (1/2)
Chaperones will have until the end of the month to pay because I need to decide how many we need, look at the skills you can bring to the trip, AND most importantly give you time to really decide if you want to go even with the price increase. Matt, Nick, and I decided with the high student quote for each student, we need to have the chaperones pay full price.
