Lincolnshire Gardens Trust is a registered charity to help the protection, enjoyment and enhancement of Lincolnshire's gardens and parks.

Closing date: Friday 25th October 2024
The form can be downloaded, completed digitally, saved and attached by email.
e.g. in Google Chrome: click the form, click download (arrow at top), save to your device. The form can then be opened, completed (filled in), re-saved (File - Save As) e.g. 'Photo Form Surname' and either printed (File - print) or can be attached to an email and sent to the Photo Competition Judge.
