Pavilion Rentals are offered as a first-come, first-serve basis, with available staffing. 
Cancellations will not be billed if the pool is closed for unexpected inclement weather.

Event Availability

Our out-door only facility is available for reservation by MEMBERS ONLY 11am - 7pm.

After-hours events may be scheduled with our management for members and non-members, at additional cost.  

Please complete a pavilion-request form, email info@lppool.org or contact the manager on duty, during the summer to request a reservation. 

Fee Schedule for Pool Parties

1. Daytime: 4-Hour Reservations (11am - 3pm and/or 3pm - 7pm)

The cost to reserve the pool pavilion is $200.00 for 4 hours/$400.00 for 8 hours  

• Non-member guests will be admitted for $5.00, at any age, regardless of whether the guest is planning to swim or not.  

• Wristbands for non-members will be issued on the day of your event, within the hours of your party reservation.

2. Private Parties (7pm - 10pm)

1. The cost for after-hours, exclusive reservations is $500 member/non member.

   • Only party guests will be admitted.  Reservations are available after 7pm.

Pool Policies & Expectations

Free parking - please drive carefully and prioritize parking on the pavement.

LP pool guests may bring rafts, balls, noodles, etc. Beach chairs, shelters. are welcome, but must be secured in case of wind.  Squirting/spraying toys must be used with awareness.  There is no running at the pool, on the deck, or in the grass.

Access is also available to our playground, pickleball court, basketball court, and equipment can typically be borrowed from the office.

Host Access & Responsibilities

Your reservation ensures exclusive use of our pavilion (with lighting and electric),  access to the charcoal grill, and in-pavilion seating/tables for refreshments and social activities.

• As the host, you may access the pavilion at your start time of the 4-hour reservation to set up and decorate.  Please expect to complete your event clean-up and take any large trash to the dumpster by the end of your 4-hour reservation.

• AFTER HOURS: After-dark lighting for the pavilion and pool;  Use of our sound system (via the manager on duty) and guest Wi-Fi access. 

Restrictions

NO alcohol or smoking permitted at the pool, whether the party is after-hours or not.  This includes adult slushies.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Outside food is welcome, but refrigerator/freezers are not available for guest-use. 

LP Pool Accessibility

Please know that we have 3 Handicapped parking spots, a ramp for pool (grounds) entry, and handicapped stalls in the pool-house restrooms.  Changing tables are in both restrooms.  Entry to the water can be gained by pool-side metal ladders, or by concrete steps with a single railing, at the corner of the shallow end. (3FT)

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:  While the pool grounds are visible from Wyomissing Blvd, entry by vehicle is only accessible from the Lincoln Park neighborhood.  Guests will need to gain access to Jefferson Ave or Harvard Blvd and follow navigation to 300 Stanford Ave, 19609.  Please advise your guests of these directions as they are invited.

LP Guest Code of Conduct

Lifeguards are on duty to supervise swimmers in the water, and safety on the pool deck. 

Please be aware that younger swimmers and/or non-swimmers in the water are required to be accompanied by an adult while in the pool.  This includes young swimmers that may be outfitted with a flotation device.  Lifeguards are not childcare providers.

Please note: If a member/non-member guest is injured during the time of your event, Emergency Medical Services will be called to respond at the management’s discretion.  

This will be non-negotiable for liability reasons.  Thank you for your cooperation.
