a description of the tattoo design (please be sure to mention any specific details that are important to you)
any inspiration pics of similar artwork to what you're wanting (mood boards are appreciated for more complex designs)
general placement of the tattoo
approximate size of the tattoo (within a few inches is fine)
your budget
days and times that work best for you
I work Wednesday-Sunday, with time slots available 10 am-4 pm
Appointments are available after 4 pm if needed
I generally book 1-2 weeks out,with especially limited availability for Friday-Sunday
I do not take walk-in appointments

Glycerin
Latex
Witch-hazel
Any type of soap
Any tattoo pigments
Anything commonly found in cosmetics
If you are currently taking any of the following medications:
Oral acne medications (ex. Accutane)
Antibiotics
Blood-thinners
Steroids
If you have any of the following medical conditions
Skin conditions (ex. psoriasis, eczema, sunburn)
Autoimmune disease
Diabetes
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Hemophilia
HIV
Hepatitis
Any seizure disorder (including epilepsy)
