Identified and reduced sources of variability in the measurement method of testing aids using applied DOE concepts, thereby increasing the number of acceptable units
Assessed impact of constriction tubing on vascular access device push forces and optimized conditioning methods of the tubing to reduce testing time
Investigated manufacturing product quality and compliance issues based on engineering principles; completed root cause investigations, analyzed results, made recommendations and developed reports
