*With this package, I require that you take a Childbirth Education class before 36 weeks*

What's Included:

• One prenatal visit (separate from initial consultation)

  • • At this meeting, we will go over your pre-made birth plan and any questions you may have 

    • This will be a one-hour meeting, held either in-person at a location of your choosing, or virtually over Zoom or Google Meet

• 24/7 Emergency Text or call support from the point of hire until one week postpartum

• On-call for birth from 37 weeks 

• Labor and delivery birth doula support 

• Birth notes 

Total Cost: $600

• $300 deposit due at time of hire 

  • • This deposit is nonrefundable

• Remaining $300 due by 37 weeks

• I offer payment plans on request. This is something we would discuss at the prenatal visit.

What's Included:

• One in-home prenatal visit (separate from initial consultation)

  • • At this meeting, we will discuss and make your birth plan, practice comfort measures and labor positions, and answer any questions you may have.

    • This will be a two-hour meeting. If we are not able to cover everything, we may discuss adding another 1-hour prenatal visit for no additional charge

• One in-home postpartum visit within two weeks of birth

  • • At this meeting, we will discuss how your first few weeks postpartum have gone, process your birth together, go over any questions or referrals, and celebrate together! 

    • This will be an up to two-hour meeting 

• 24/7 Emergency Text or call support from the point of hire until the postpartum visit 

• 9-3 Text or call support for non-emergency questions/concerns

• On-call for your birth from 37 weeks 

• Labor and delivery birth doula support 

• Birth notes 

• Basic photos available on request

Total Cost: $1000

• $500 deposit due at time of hire 

  • • This deposit is nonrefundable

• Remaining $500 due by 37 weeks

• I offer payment plans on request, this is something we would discuss at the prenatal visit

*THIS IS A SEPARATE SERVICE FROM MY BIRTH DOULA WORK AND MUST BE ARRANGED AS SUCH*

What's Included:

• Night nanny duties include:

  • • Diaper changing 

    • Bottle sterilizing/breastmilk storage

    • Bringing baby to/from room for breastfeedings or bottle feeds (can also bottle feed baby on request to allow full night's rest)

    • Settling baby back to sleep 

    • Light housework (folding laundry, dishwashing, etc.)

    • Basic newborn and postpartum support 

Packages:

• One night only (8pm to 6am): $200

• Three night package**: $500

**Nights must be prearranged at time of hire

• Hourly rate for hours different from above: $25
