Death Cafe is a group-directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives, or themes. It's not about grief counseling or therapy, rather it's an opportunity to muse on any and all topics related to death and our own mortality. 

The Death Cafe model was developed in England about ten years ago, and has since spread to over 80 countries around the world. 

We host both virtual and in-person Death Cafe gatherings which are intended to be very free form, fun, provocative, supportive, reflective, safe, educational, empowering, and creative. Our discussions can be whatever we want them to be as long as DEATH IS OUR GUIDE.

Step inside the Hospital of Emotions, a large-scale immersive pop-up exhibition in Los Angeles, where art, architecture and human emotion come together inside a real hospital building. 70 artists take over more than 80 hospital rooms across four full floors, creating site-specific immersive environments. Each room explores a different human emotion - from joy and love to fear, anger, hope, sadness, gratitude and resilience.
