These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of **Liko**, a mobile social media promotion application provided by **HAI INVESTMENT LTD** ("HAI INVESTMENT LTD," "Liko," "we," "us," or "our") under the application identifier **com.liko.orgapp**, together with its related services, features, content, and support (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
## 1. About Liko
Liko helps users create and manage advertising campaigns intended to promote public Instagram and TikTok profiles or public content, review performance information, and use AI-assisted tools for profile feedback, captions, hashtags, and campaign guidance.
Liko does **not** sell followers, likes, comments, views, or other engagement. We do not promise or guarantee any particular reach, number of views, followers, engagement, conversions, or other campaign result. Results may vary based on content, audience, budget, platform rules, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Liko cannot publish content, edit your profile, send messages, respond to comments, or otherwise act through your social media account.
## 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using Liko, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service is permitted by the laws that apply to you.
If you use the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" includes that entity.
## 3. Account Registration and Verification
You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping access to your device and account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where caused by our breach of applicable law.
To connect a social media profile, Liko may ask you to place a temporary verification code in the public biography of that profile. This process is used to confirm that you control the profile. We do not ask for or store your Instagram or TikTok password.
You may connect only profiles that you own or are authorized to manage. You must promptly contact us at **battalaydin36@gmail.com** if you believe your account or a connected profile has been accessed without authorization.
## 4. Campaigns
When creating a campaign, you may select a profile or public item of content, a campaign objective, audience preferences, duration, and credit budget. You are responsible for ensuring that all campaign materials and instructions are accurate, lawful, and that you have all rights and permissions needed to promote them.
Campaigns may be reviewed automatically, including with artificial intelligence, for quality, safety, eligibility, and compliance with applicable advertising and platform rules. We may reject, pause, limit, or stop a campaign where reasonably necessary, including where content appears unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe, or incompatible with third-party platform rules.
Approval by Liko does not mean that content complies with every law or third-party policy. You remain responsible for your campaign, claims, targeting choices, promoted content, and any products or services being promoted.
If a campaign is rejected before credits are used, the reserved credits will be returned to your Liko balance. If an eligible campaign is stopped after it begins, unused credits will be returned to your Liko balance. Credits already used for delivered services are not returned unless required by law or the applicable app store's rules.
## 5. Credits and In-App Purchases
Liko uses virtual credits. Credits may be purchased as one-time, consumable in-app purchases and may be used for eligible campaigns and certain Studio features.
- Credit packages are not subscriptions.
- Credits do not expire while your active Liko account remains available, unless a different rule is clearly disclosed before purchase or required by law.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, withdrawn, or redeemed for money.
- Prices and available packages may vary by country, currency, tax, platform, and app store.
- The number of credits and the price shown in the purchase screen before confirmation control the transaction.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and may be supported by a purchase-management provider. Their payment terms also apply. We do not directly receive or store your full payment card details.
Requests for monetary refunds must generally be submitted to the app store through which the purchase was made and are governed by that store's policies and applicable law. A store refund, chargeback, reversal, or suspected fraudulent purchase may result in the related credits being removed. If some credits have already been used, your balance may be adjusted to the extent permitted by law, and access to paid features may be restricted while the matter is reviewed.
## 6. AI-Assisted Features
Liko Studio may use artificial intelligence to provide profile feedback, captions, hashtags, campaign suggestions, and conversational responses. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
You must review AI-generated output before using or publishing it. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for your decisions and for ensuring that your use of generated content is lawful and does not violate third-party rights or platform rules.
You must not submit confidential information, sensitive personal data, passwords, payment information, or material you are not authorized to process through AI-assisted features.
## 7. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to:
- violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party platform rule;
- promote illegal goods or services, fraud, deception, hate, harassment, exploitation, violence, or sexually exploitative material;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- impersonate another person or falsely claim authority over a profile or content;
- manipulate engagement, distribute spam, or misrepresent campaign results;
- upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or bypass the security of the Service;
- access data or accounts without authorization;
- automate access except through tools expressly approved by us;
- resell, sublicense, transfer, or commercially exploit the Service or Liko credits without our written permission; or
- use AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing material.
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including rejecting campaigns, limiting features, suspending access, preserving evidence, or reporting conduct where legally required.
## 8. Your Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of content and information you submit or select for use with Liko ("User Content"). You grant HAI INVESTMENT LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, adapt, transmit, display, and use User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service, process campaigns, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
You represent that you own or control the necessary rights to User Content and that our permitted processing of it will not violate the rights of any person or entity.
Public profile information and public social media content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and the terms of the relevant platforms.
## 9. Liko Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to HAI INVESTMENT LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms and the applicable EULA, no rights are transferred to you.
You may provide feedback. If you do, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not identify you publicly without permission.
## 10. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Liko depends on third-party platforms and service providers, including social networks, app stores, advertising systems, analytics, notification, purchase-validation, hosting, public-data, and AI providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Liko is an independent service and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, ByteDance, Apple, or Google. Third-party services may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue access or functionality at any time. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes they make.
## 11. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, network conditions, third-party outages, legal requirements, or platform changes may affect availability.
We may update, add, limit, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. If a change materially affects purchased credits or your legal rights, we will provide notice where required by law.
## 12. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion
You may stop using Liko at any time and may request account deletion through the in-app account deletion function or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, engage in fraud or abuse, or where we are required to do so by law or a third-party platform. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
On deletion or termination, your license to use the Service ends. Unused credits are not redeemable for cash and may be lost when an account is deleted, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Certain records may be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, security, or legitimate operational purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions concerning ownership, payment records, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, and retained data.
## 13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." HAI INVESTMENT LTD disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage.
We do not warrant that campaigns will achieve any particular outcome, that public social media data will always be accurate or available, that AI output will be correct, or that the Service will always be available or free from harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
## 14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAI INVESTMENT LTD and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated results arising from or relating to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid through Liko during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD 50.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusions are prohibited.
## 15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HAI INVESTMENT LTD and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, campaigns, breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Service, or violation of third-party rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.
## 16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable Turkish law will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
## 17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our business practices. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where a change is material or where required by law. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
