These Child Safety Standards describe how Liko addresses child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). They apply to the Liko mobile application and related services operated by HAI INVESTMENT LTD.
Liko prohibits any content, conduct, campaign, profile promotion, or use of the Service that involves, promotes, facilitates, or seeks to engage in:
child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE);
child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
sexualization of minors;
grooming, trafficking, or other exploitation of children; or
any attempt to use Liko to distribute, request, or monetize such material.
We have zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM.
Liko is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Users must not use the Service on behalf of a child, promote content that sexualizes minors, or target campaigns toward children in a way that violates law or platform rules.
Liko campaigns and related materials may be reviewed, including with automated and AI-assisted systems, for safety and eligibility. Where we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM, or of content that appears to involve the sexual exploitation of a child, we will take appropriate action as reasonably necessary and permitted by law, which may include:
rejecting, pausing, limiting, or removing the relevant campaign or content from our Service;
suspending or terminating accounts;
preserving relevant records where required for legal or safety purposes; and
reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or another competent regional authority, as applicable.

Please include the relevant account, campaign, profile, or content identifiers and a short description of the concern. Users can also contact us through in-app support / feedback channels for safety concerns.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.
HAI INVESTMENT LTD is committed to complying with applicable child safety laws and regulations relevant to the operation of Liko, including obligations to take appropriate action upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM and to report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authority where required.

These standards supplement the Liko Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and End User License Agreement. Where there is a conflict on child-safety matters, these Child Safety Standards control for CSAE/CSAM issues.
We may update these standards to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
