Well-known video game director, Masahiro Sakurai announced the start of his new YouTube channel, "Masahiro Sakurai on Creating Games" on Twitter in the late hours of August 23rd 2022.
In the announcement, he said the following.

"I've decided to start a new YouTube channel called 'Masahiro Sakurai on Creating Games.'
It launches...right now!
