Thank you for using LightingUp (“the App”), developed by Hang Shao. By downloading or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

1. License Grant

LightingUp grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms set forth in these Terms of Use.

2. App Usage

LightingUp allows users to adjust lighting settings, including color and brightness, for photographs and videos. The App provides both preset lighting colors and customizable options for users. You may also save and reuse lighting settings you have created. The App is provided for personal use only, and not for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Payment and Fees

The App offers a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to all features without any additional fees or in-app purchases. There are no hidden charges or subscription fees.

4. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree not to:

 • Use the App for any unlawful purposes or in any way that may harm or interfere with the functionality of the App.

 • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

 • Use the App in any way that violates any local, state, or international laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to software, designs, and trademarks, are owned by Hang Shao. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without express permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Hang Shao is not liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for violation of these Terms of Use or for any other reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America. Any disputes arising out of these Terms of Use shall be resolved in the competent courts of United States of America.
