Last summer my six foot baby collapsed into tears in my arms saying that he wasn’t coping with life! As a parent that was so scary! I was so upset for him, but so glad that he could open up to us as a family. However I knew even with all the love, the shoulders to cry on and the ears to listen with, and the words of encouragement none of us were equipped with the skill sets to get my son through this.

Roll on 3 months and my beautiful, happy, confident 21yr old boy had returned. The reason:-

He had coaching with Julie, who from the very first session put him in the right direction. As a family we will always be indebted to Julie for her amazing work. The difference in our son is quite staggering. He had lost the ability to smile, but that has come back in abundance. He was very insecure but now he is confident. When you are going through something being able to speak out and speak to family is always the first step and is so beneficial. But that only takes you so far, and for me being able to see someone as knowledgeable, caring and approachable as Julie really got me through a bad time and really gave me the information, and the help I needed. I was very nervous to speak to someone new but Julie straight away made me feel calm and relaxed. I honestly cant thank her enough for what she did for me. If you need someone to talk to then I cant recommend anyone better.
