I started my life coaching journey in 2009 having qualified as a weight loss and weight management counsellor using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis. I have since undertook further training in coaching with CBT and also NLP. I have supported and coached a significant number of people to make positive, productive , healthy changes in their lives. I use my extensive skills , knowledge and experience to support people with anxiety , bereavement and loss , self esteem and managing change. I have worked with clients with ASD as well as ADHD. I offer 1-1 sessions face to face or by Zoom in a safe , non judgmental setting. I work nationally as well as internationally. Over the years I have developed my own bespoke coaching materials using counselling tools to help and support individuals to make the changes needed for a happier more fulfilled life. I am passionate about personal ongoing development and pride myself in sourcing new skills and techniques to add to my existing coaching material.
