Photos can end up being scattered across various photo-sharing websites; an issue of fragmentation. For a long time FLICKR was the sole repository of my images mostly because it was easy to upload, manage and share from there. Raw and high-res versions remained stored on my iMac.
For 'serious photography' I'll use my Nikon D80. But that expression has really lost its meaning. My phone is with me most of the time and it has an 'okay' camera plus some onboard apps I can use for post production (eg. Snapseed). To support smartphone use I have Google Photos. Snapped and backed up with an increasing range of editing facilities, Google Photos is more 'goto' for me than Flickr these days. Also, there is ease of sharing plus the fact more folk will have a Gmail account than a flickr one. This facilitates leaving comments as, ultimately, you want people to interact (if social media has taught us anything it's that given anyone the opportunity to express as opinion people will!)
However, Google Photos is not just for my smartphone work. Now, once post-processed the photo children of my Nikon D80 are uploaded there, too.
So, below are some albums to view from flickr, Google Photos and Instagram accounts... (NB. click the thumbnail not the shown link!)
