The newsletter title “Aramon” comes from the Bicol term “aramon,” which means “to know” or “to learn.” It carries the sense of seeking knowledge, being informed, and sharing understanding, making it a fitting name for our library publication that embodies pag-aram, the continuous pursuit of knowledge and understanding. Aramon will also serve as the Ligao City Heritage Library and Museum’s semi-annual report to the public, a means of maintaining transparency in our activities and actions.
