Lift4Fit (the App) Terms and Conditions
By downloading or using the Lift4Fit App, these terms automatically apply and you are bound by these terms and conditions. Please read all terms and conditions carefully prior to using the App. You are prohibited from copying or modifying the App in whole or any part. You are not allowed to extract the source code of the App.
We reserve the right to make modifications to the App or to charge for additional features or modifications at any time. We reserve the right to update our Terms and Conditions. Notification of any updates will be sent via the App when a new version becomes available.
Your Health
Use of the App and all related services are at your own risk. Lift4Fit App is not providing any Medical Aid or Professional Advice.
If you are aware of any pre-existing medical conditions please seek medical advice from a doctor prior to using the App.
You expressly agree that any exercise activity performed or tracked using the App carries inherent risks of injury or death and you assume all known and unknown risks associated with any exercise activity even if caused in whole or part by the action, inaction, or negligence of the App. We shall not be held liable for any damages, indirect or direct, related to or resulting from any use of the services, including injury or death.
Disclaimer
You use the App at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
Premium Subscriptions
Lift4Fit offers two subscription models for various features of the app.
Monthly Premium Subscription, billed monthly
Yearly Premium Subscription, billed annually
Payment will be charged to iTunes App Store or Google Play upon confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The source account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the original cost plus any charge for additional features as per terms and conditions detailed. Subscriptions may be managed via Google Play (Android Users) or App Store app ( iOS users).
Subscriptions are not transferrable between iOS and Android.
