Delete Your LifeLink Account

You can delete your account inside the LifeLink app:

My Account → Delete Account

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request through this form or email [EMAIL].

Please provide:

• Your Google Sign-In email or LifeLink username

• Your registered phone number

• Confirmation that you want the LifeLink account deleted

Do not send your complete CNIC.

Deletion includes the account and associated personal data, except limited de-identified, security, fraud-prevention or legally required records.
