These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the LifeFlow mobile application (“LifeFlow” or the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using LifeFlow, you agree to these Terms.
1. LifeFlow
LifeFlow is a personal organization and lifestyle-planning application that provides features such as task management, routines, lists, health and wellness tracking, budgeting tools, customization, and related functionality.
LifeFlow is intended for personal informational and organizational purposes.
2. Health Disclaimer
LifeFlow may allow you to record information such as water intake, workouts, mood, and stress.
LifeFlow is not a medical or healthcare provider. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.
Information displayed by LifeFlow should not be considered a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Financial Disclaimer
LifeFlow’s budgeting, income, expense, savings, forecasting, and other financial features are provided for personal organizational and informational purposes only.
LifeFlow does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Calculations and projections should not be relied upon as guarantees of future financial results.
4. LifeFlow Premium
LifeFlow may offer an optional auto-renewable subscription known as LifeFlow Premium.
LifeFlow Premium currently costs $6.99 per month, subject to the price displayed by Apple at the time of purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s subscription policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account subscription settings.
Deleting LifeFlow does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Prices and available subscription offerings may change. Any applicable changes will be handled in accordance with Apple’s requirements.
5. Premium Features
A LifeFlow Premium subscription may provide access to features including:
Unlimited daily tasks
Custom routines and templates
Full health tracking features
Unlimited lists and budget entries
Custom themes and fonts
Other premium functionality identified within the App
Features may be improved, modified, added, or removed as LifeFlow develops, subject to applicable law and App Store requirements.
6. Purchases and Billing
Purchases made through the iOS version of LifeFlow are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
LifeFlow uses RevenueCat to assist with subscription verification, purchase restoration, and premium feature access.
Billing, refunds, cancellations, and subscription management may also be subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse LifeFlow, attempt to interfere with the App’s operation or security, reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law, use the App for unlawful purposes, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to LifeFlow systems or services.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of LifeFlow from time to time.
We do not guarantee that the App or every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
9. Intellectual Property
LifeFlow, including its design, branding, interface, software, graphics, and original content, is owned by or licensed to LifeFlow and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of LifeFlow or its intellectual property to users.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LifeFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LifeFlow and its owner or operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from use of or inability to use the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Termination
You may stop using LifeFlow at any time.
We reserve the right to restrict access to LifeFlow when reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, security concerns, violations of these Terms, or legal requirements.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as LifeFlow evolves. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of LifeFlow following an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
14. Privacy
Use of LifeFlow is also subject to the LifeFlow Privacy Policy, available on this website.
