LifeFlow (“LifeFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the LifeFlow mobile application (“App”).
1. Information Stored in LifeFlow
LifeFlow allows users to enter and manage information such as:
Tasks and to-do items
Lists and list items
Routines and routine steps
Water intake
Workout information
Mood and stress entries
Budget information, including income, expenses, and savings goals
App theme and preference settings
This user-created LifeFlow information is stored locally on your device. LifeFlow does not currently operate a remote database or cloud account system that receives or stores this user-created information.
Because this information is stored locally, deleting the App or clearing its local data may permanently delete this information. LifeFlow may not be able to recover locally stored information after it has been deleted.
2. Subscription and Purchase Information
LifeFlow offers optional premium features through an auto-renewable subscription.
LifeFlow uses RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service, to help process and verify subscription status and provide access to premium features.
RevenueCat may process information related to purchases and subscriptions, including purchase history, transaction or receipt information, subscription status, entitlement status, and an App User ID or anonymous identifier. RevenueCat may also process limited technical information necessary to provide its services.
LifeFlow does not receive or store your full credit or debit card information. Purchases made through the iOS App Store are processed by Apple subject to Apple’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
RevenueCat’s services are subject to its own privacy practices.
3. How Information Is Used
Information related to purchases and subscriptions is used to:
Verify purchases and subscriptions
Determine whether premium LifeFlow features should be unlocked
Restore purchases
Maintain subscription functionality
Prevent or address purchase-related errors or fraud
Support subscription-related analytics and administration
LifeFlow does not currently use user-created task, routine, health, list, or budget information for advertising.
4. Advertising and Tracking
LifeFlow does not currently include third-party advertising services or use user-created LifeFlow data for cross-app advertising tracking.
5. Data Sharing
LifeFlow does not sell your personal information.
Subscription-related information may be processed by service providers such as RevenueCat as necessary to operate LifeFlow’s subscription functionality. Information related to App Store purchases may also be processed by Apple.
Third-party providers process information according to their respective terms, privacy policies, and applicable data-protection obligations.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
User-created LifeFlow information stored locally on your device can generally be removed by deleting entries within the App or deleting the App and its locally stored data.
Subscription-related information processed by RevenueCat or Apple may be retained according to those providers’ respective policies and applicable legal requirements.

7. Children’s Privacy
LifeFlow is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to design LifeFlow in a manner that protects user information. However, no device, software, or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as LifeFlow changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
