Welcome to LIFE BY IGNITING MINDS GLOBAL (the “App”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and the services provided by IGNITING MINDS GLOBAL (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Medical Disclaimer (Important Notice)

1.1 No Medical Services

The App does not provide medical emergency services.

1.2 No Medical Advice

All content available in the App, including text, images, health logs, wellness guidance, and progress tracking, is provided for wellness and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

1.3 Emergencies

If you believe you have a medical emergency, contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services immediately. Never rely on the App for urgent medical needs.

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time by navigating to Settings > Delete Account. This action permanently removes your personal data from our active systems.

3. Services

3.1 Wellness Services

The App enables manual entry of wellness data, step tracking (via device sensors), and progress monitoring.

4. Coach Training Content

The App includes internal training sections such as "30 Day Core Run" and "IMG Academy" which contain educational videos and podcasts. These sections are:

• Accessible only to authorized Partners/Coaches.

• Intended solely for professional development.

• Private: No client personal data is shared, displayed, or processed within these training modules.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g., meal photos). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display such content solely for the purpose of providing App services to you.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content.

• Harass, abuse, or exploit other users.

• Use the App for fraudulent or illegal activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, content, trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by IGNITING MINDS GLOBAL and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGNITING MINDS GLOBAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the App.

• Reliance on wellness-related guidance.

• Unauthorized access to user data.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IGNITING MINDS GLOBAL, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Telangana, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
