Community Leader (CL)

The Community Leader's role is to shepherd a group of Group Leaders (GL) and provide them with pastoral care and discipleship. They have direct oversight and ministry with the GLs.

The Community Leader guides groups in aligning with the church's vision, regularly meeting with Group Leaders (GLs) for mentorship and accountability. They encourage GLs' participation in church activities, attend CL meetings, and conduct biannual visits to groups. The CL supports GLs in providing care for members during various life situations and submits quarterly updates to the LG Committee. Actively identifying potential leaders and disciples is a key aspect of their role. In essence, the CL plays a crucial role in fostering community, spiritual growth, and adherence to the church's vision.
