The Campus Ministry officer, in coordination with the LIDE chaplain, facilitates the conduct or arranges for liturgical/para-liturgical services such as school masses, students, teachers and staff recollections, confessions, and special religious celebrations such as the administration of the first holy communion and the sacrament or reconciliation. It also coordinates school's participation in LIDE chaplaincy religious activities.
The office also plans/coordinates with the school's outreach/Social Action Program.
The office handles enrollment, safekeeping and release of official school records. A certain amount is charged for the reproduction of report card, Certificate of Good Moral Character, form 138, diploma and other school forms or Documents. A fee is collected for re-issuance of any school records.
The Guidance Office takes care of counseling, testing, placement, information, homeroom guidance and research and evaluation services. It also facilitates professional referrals when necessary. Two separate guidance associates serve the grade school and high school departments. A licensed Guidance Councilor is also present to do consultation with the Guidance affairs.
The library houses the collection of books, newspapers and periodicals of grade school and high school departments. It also stores and circulates print and non-print instructional materials. The library has a website that stores all the services and collection such as E-books, newspapers, research works of students and faculty. The school has three libraries. One main library in the Junior High building shared by both grade school and high school students, a mini library Kindergarten -Grade-2 and another library for the senior high school students.

The Media Center stores and circulates multimedia equipment, such as repairing AV equipment, printing of certificates, diplomas, audio editing, downloading files for instructional purposes, and recording and video coverage of school activities. There is a media center office that stores all equipment and a spacious Audio Visual room that serves both the grade school and high school departments. There is one medical center.
The Business Office receives donations, payments of school fees, and miscellaneous income; safeguards school funds and disburses payments of school payables; prepares and documents financial transactions and purchases of school materials and equipment. The office is headed by the Finance Officer and staffed by a cashier, bookkeeper, and accounting clerk.
The school health services attend to the medical needs of the students, faculty and staff inside the campus. Its services include first aid, consultation and starting medication for common ailments. The school's clinic has a full-time nurse and a part-time physician and dentist for annual physical and dental exam. All students are required to undergo the annual physical and dental examination in the clinic.
The main canteen and its satellite canteens serve meals and snacks to students, school employees and visitors. Kindergarten to Gr. 3 pupils normally brings their snacks to school.
