Licensed to Grill is a business founded In 2015 by three friends. They started from a small 10×10 tent up in Torrington Square, Kandy (central part of the country) when street food and night life was not heard of. They serve an array of food from all over the world with a touch of originality in each dish to tantalize your taste buds and give you a mouthwatering experience.
We are currently renovating our operations in Kandy, located at Dharmashoka Mawatha, in front of Cargills Food City, with plans to resume soon. Two founding partners have exited the business, while Dilshani Nugawela joined in 2022. Presently, Dinesh Pathirana and Dilshani Nugawela are pursuing the 'Licensed to Grill' dream.

A three course meal with gueridon service is a luxurious dining experience that allows diners to watch the chef construct the meal.
The meal starts with a soup, main course roasted whole chicken/Pork ribs/Beef Roulade or Vegetable pot pie according of your choice and desert cheese cake with flambe fruits.
