The Library of Government Degree College Sunderbani functions as an important academic support center for students and faculty members. The library aims to facilitate teaching, learning, and research by providing access to a wide range of print and electronic resources. The library is well organized and divided into different functional sections to ensure effective use of resources. These include the Circulation-cum-Reading Room, Reference Section, and Computer Section. These sections provide a comfortable environment for reading, study, and access to digital resources. The library offers Wi-Fi facility to enable students and faculty to access online academic resources and digital information services. The library maintains a rich and diverse collection of books covering various disciplines such as Social Sciences and Humanities, Languages, and Sciences. The collection includes textbooks, general books, and reference books. The library maintains a good collection of reference books to support academic learning and research activities. These include encyclopedias, dictionaries, biographies and other reference sources that provide quick and reliable information on a wide range of subjects.  In addition, the library provides competitive examination books to assist students preparing for various competitive examinations. The library also provides access to digital resources through the One Nation One Subscription (ONOS) platform, enabling users to explore scholarly journals, e-books, and other academic databases. The library has developed its own online interface/webpage which provides links for accessing various e-resources and academic websites. The library offers several user-oriented services such as: Current Awareness Service (CAS), Selective Dissemination of Information (SDI),Reference Services, Book Issue and Return Service, Guidance in locating information resources. The library continuously updates to meet the curriculum needs of students and faculty.
