Some students live with their grandparent(s) because either their parent(s) are working in other cities to earn money or they have abandoned their children.

What the students wear depends on the day of the week. On normal days, they would wear their school uniform which is a white top and a blue bottom. On Wednesdays they would wear all white because on that day they would travel to the temple and on Fridays they would wear traditional Thai clothing. In the month of July, everyone is required to wear yellow to celebrate the king's birth month.
