Working closely with a Customer Success team means that you get to hear the feedback from the customer and you know what they always ask for. I created this webpage to serve as a resource for them, they can download intros, guides, and brochure to use internally within their own companies.

I have taken part in two website redesigns, from ideation to execution. I love being a part of this journey as it requires collaboration and input from all corners of the organization - including C-suite, board members, employees, customers and volunteers.
