Polices
Maintenance Policy
Maintenance appointments are recommended every 6-8 weeks. Delaying beyond this timeframe can cause matting or tension, which may damage the hair and could incur additional charges to cover the extra time needed for corrections. A charge of £5 per week will apply for every week over the recommended 6-8 week maintenance period if the appointment takes longer due to brushing out or detangling. This fee reflects the additional time and care required and is charged as a time-based service, not a penalty.
Aftercare Responsibility
Aftercare must be followed diligently. Any issues resulting from brushing, washing, sleeping with hair down, heat damage, or normal daily wear are not considered installation faults. I provide a 7-day grace period after your fitting for any adjustments; after this period, issues are not considered installation faults. Repairs needed due to daily wear, brushing, or accidental thread snaps after this time are treated as maintenance, and a small fee will apply for my time.
Age Requirement
Hair extensions are available to clients aged 16 and over.
Clients under 18 must have parental consent prior to fitting. Extensions may not be suitable for very young or fragile hair; this will always be discussed during consultation.
Cancellations & Appointment Changes
While no deposits are taken, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or repeated short-notice changes may result in future bookings being declined.
