Need a Work Permit? Age 14, 15, 16, or 17? Download letter required for 14 and 15-year-olds here.
Applications are available and must be completed at your High School Office. If you live in Maryland, you will have to go to Fairfield High School to apply for and receive your work permit.
DO NOT TAKE THE APPLICATION TO YOUR EMPLOYER
NOTE: You will only need to apply for this permit once. When you receive the work permit, it is good for all employment until reaching age 18. You must present your permit to your employer when hired. AND You must have the permit with you while working.

*Every employee must receive an Employee Handbook and Liberty Supplement. The Acknowledgement Page must be signed and returned with employee paperwork.
