Shout-Out Nomination

This is your opportunity to shout out a co-worker for a job well done! 'Shout-Out' Nominations should be for someone who has gone above and beyond the normal scope of their job duties to benefit a guest, a co-worker, or the resort in general. You will be asked to describe in detail what your nominee has done to deserve this a 'shout-out'. Worthy nominees will have:

• in some way "WOW-ed" a guest
• showed exceptional teamwork, buy going above & beyond to help other co-workers
• presented an idea that positively impacted how we serve our guests
• prevented an incident or accident
• displayed actions or set an example that 'exceeds expectations'
