This platform will serve as another way to communicate with Mr. Daniels and be informed of all Liberty concerts, performances, event information, and other events. This app can be downloaded on your phone. Just search for the app - BAND. Please let Mr. Daniels know if you have any questions.

PAY CHOIR & EVENT FEES

Send check or cash with student to school in envelope with the following information: 

• Student Name

• Date

• Amount of $$

• What event/fee it is for

Please include drivers license number and phone number on check. 

Please wait on paying the choir fee until you have received a fee sheet for your child. Your child should receive it in the next week or so. 

Please keep record of all receipts and email confirmations.

Choir Parent Volunteers Needed 

• Treasurer (1-2 people) (report weekly to receipt money, turn in money to the office, input financial information, communicate with families regarding payments due, etc.) 

• Uniform / T-Shirt Specialist (collect sizes, document money, order clothing, sort, distribute, etc.) 

• Fundraiser Organizer- compute fundraising profits to provide to the treasurer, speak with fundraiser companies about requirements, assemble a team to sort and distribute fundraiser items, create flyers about fundraising events. 

• Travel Specialist - Assist with contacting hotels/venues, arranging meals, arranging transportation when a car pool is needed, etc. 

• Accompanist - play piano (or guitar in some instances) for performances.

• Photographer / Videographer - Takes pictures and/or video of  performances and activities.

• Car Pool : Helps provide transportation to and from performances and required after school rehearsal for students in need.

• Celebrations Organizer - assist with planning events (holiday class parties, gift bags for students, social events)
