Yi-Cing was born in Changhua, Taiwan in 1995. She studied department of Accounting at Tung Hai University where she graduated in 2017. After finishing her degree, she moved back to her hometown and began her master studies.

In 2019, she graduated from National Changhua University of Education, having worked in the Professor Chun-Ju, Fang research group for her master thesis. March 2020, she joined the H.H.Liao group as the lab assistant. During her free time, she likes outdoor activities and reading.
