Chun-Huang Pan was born in 1997 in Pingtung, Taiwan. he will receive his bachelor’s degree from National Sun Yat-Sen University in June,2020.

He joined Liao group in the spring of 2020 during his last semester. Chun-Huang enjoys doing some handicrafts, playing board game and working out in his free time.
