Kai-Sian He, was born in 2004 and grew up in Chiayi, Taiwan. 

He is studying his B.S. degree in Chemistry at National Sun Yat-sen University currently.

Kai-Sian joined Liao group as an undergraduate student in  the summer of 2024. He likes Conan very much, so he has a lot of peripherals and collectibles.
