Hung-Yi Chiang was born in 2000 in New Taipei city, Taiwan. He received his B.S. degree from Soochow University.

After graduation, Hung-Yi came to National Sun Yat-sen University and joined Liao group in 2022.

In the free time, Hung-Yi enjoys playing volleyball, listening music, and singing.
