Aleena Sara Eldhose 

Aleena Sara Eldhose was born in Kerala, India. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry at Nirmala College, Muvattupuzha,India. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s degree in Chemistry with a specialization in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India. As part of her Master’s research, Aleena is working on the development of sago starch–chitosan blend films incorporated with Cupressus sempervirens essential oil for antibacterial and antioxidant food packaging applications.

Her hobbies include gardening and travelling.
