🔔  New Patient Deposit Policy 🔔

1. Call our office first to schedule your new patient appointment.

2. Once your appointment has been confirmed, we will ask you to submit a $50 deposit to secure your reservation. Click Secure Your Appointment to submit your deposit. 

Please do NOT submit your deposit before scheduling your appointment.

3.  A $50 deposit will be applied toward the cost of your first treatment. If the deposit is not received, your appointment will not be confirmed and may be canceled.

4. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

5. Deposits are non-refundable for same-day cancellations, missed appointments (no-shows), or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.

We Accept Select Insurance Plans. Insurance coverage for acupuncture varies by plan. We recommend contacting our office before your first visit to verify your acupuncture benefits and coverage.
