To conclude 2025, we built an interactive webpage to illustrate our modeling of (i) cell retention at different injection depth and (ii) how injection volume affect hypoxia and growth rate, out of our recently published OPTRACE paper (https://advanced.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/advs.202514183).
Here is the website:https://liangy10.github.io/OPTRACE/, in which you could tune the parameters and see how the outcome changes.
All codes are available from the open-access paper and our lab github (https://github.com/liangy10/OPTRACE).
Hope our work could help push forward stem cell therapy of brain diseases.
Thrilled to share the good news that one of our recent studies has just been published in Advanced Science (impact factor of ~14). This work reflects the strong research culture and momentum enabled by our department, and it was also made possible by the unwavering support and guidance of our program directors, Prof. Walczak and Prof. Janowski. A huge thank-you to our outstanding team!
