ToS - §1 Product Purchasing

§1.1 Products may be purchased at any time. However, if a purchase is made while your account is on the blacklist, we reserve the right to revoke the product without prior notice.

§1.2 By purchasing any of our products, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by our Terms of Service and Terms of Use.

§1.3 Reselling, redistributing, or transferring any product—whether for profit or free of charge—is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account sanctions.

§1.4 Sharing any product, regardless of whether it is free or paid, is strictly forbidden and constitutes a violation of §1.3 of these Terms.

ToS - §2 Cheating & Exploiting 

§2.1 Cheating & Exploiting is stricly prohibited and could get you permanently banned from Liam Studios and Roblox Cooperation.

§2.2 Any form of exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended features within our products or services is strictly prohibited.

§2.3 Users must not attempt to bypass, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with any security features, licensing systems, or intended functionality by Roblox Cooperation or Liam Studios.

§2.4 The use of third-party tools, scripts, or methods to gain an unfair advantage or unauthorized access is not permitted event with permissions from your boss.

§2.5 Any discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to Roblox immediately. Failure to report or intentional misuse may result in account suspension or termination.

ToS - §3 Bot Using

§3.1 By using any Discord applications, bots, or services provided or managed by us, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.

§3.2 You agree to use our bots only for their intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and Discord’s Terms of Service. 

§3.3 You may not misuse the bot, including but not limited to spamming commands, attempting to exploit bugs, reverse engineering, or using the bot for malicious or harmful activities. 

§3.4 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the bot or any of its features at any time without prior notice. 

§3.5 By using the bot, you acknowledge that certain data (such as user IDs, server IDs, and command usage) may be processed to ensure proper functionality and improvement of the service. 

§3.6 We are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or issues resulting from the use or inability to use our bot.
