If you lose on of our Products caused by an Terms of Service violation we won't refund it. You agree to the ToS by purchasing our Products.

If you lose on of our Products because a Moderator removed it from your Account you can Appeal it if you didn't violate the ToS.

You can request a refund within the first 24 hours after you purchased the product.

After the first 24 hours, you can no longer request a refund.
