Open PhD Position

We are looking for a PhD student to join us. We are particularly interested in candidates with research interests in the following areas:

• Structural Health Monitoring and Nondestructive Evaluation

• Computer Vision Applications in Civil Infrastructure

• Digital Twin and AI-Driven Infrastructure Systems 

We welcome highly motivated individuals with backgrounds in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, materials science, electrical engineering, applied mathematics, or related fields. The PhD candidate will pursue a PhD in Computer Science or PhD in Materials Science and Engineering.

 Open MS Position

We are looking for a highly motivated MS student to join our research group. Applicants with backgrounds in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, electrical engineering, or related fields are welcome. The selected student will pursue an MS degree in Civil Engineering at UTRGV.
