I am Hang Li, a sociologist specializing in contentious politics and youth experiences in contemporary society. I currently teach in the Department of Sociology at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. My research has been published in peer-reviewed journals, including Chinese Sociological Review and the Journal of Substance Use. In my teaching and pedagogical work, I advocate the Students-as-Partners (SaP) approach and am conducting research on SaP in AI-mediated higher education.
